Refund policy
Refund/Return/Exchange/Cancellation/Shipping/Turnaround Time:
Due to the customized nature of products made by Southern Simplicity Designs. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. If unsure about sizes please do not hesitate to reach out. Please reach out prior to ordering to ensure you order the proper size. If there are any issues due to a fault of mine, I will fix or replace the item(s) when the defective item is returned. A photo must be provided to me within 24 hours of receipt of product showing what is wrong with the product. Otherwise no replacements will be made.
There are no refunds. All money paid is non-refundable.
Exchanges are not allowed. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out prior to ordering.
Cancellations are not allowed. Once invoice is sent or you have paid for your order the order cannot be cancelled or changed. All invoices must be paid before you can place another order.
Changes In the event you notice there was a small error on your order (i.e. you ordered the wrong size). You must send an email withing 24 hours to allow for possible changes.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
Turnaround Time is 2-3 weeks unless otherwise noted in announcement bar at the top of website. This does not include holidays, or shipping times. This is the time it takes to process your order. This is subject to change and will be noted I'm the announcement bar and in Facebook group in the event of a change.
Shipping I ship nearly every other day on non-holiday business days through the USPS. At this time, I only ship inside the United States. After shipping labels are created, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-36 hours after label was created before package is scanned in at drop off. Priority mail does comes insured at no additional costs. If you have any problems with shipments after they have left my care, you will need to contact the USPS directly with your tracking numbers. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have left my possession however, I'll do my best to always make it right!
